"Overall, I would rate the service to be excellent. Their customer service has an easy to use ticket system and they are very responsive to the tickets as they come in. I have seldom had to wait more than 30 minutes for a response, usually less, and the response is generally that the problem has been fixed, or a link to information that tells me what I need to know. It took me a bit to adjust to the control panel, but that was due more to the difference between it and the previous host site control panels that I have used. One really nice thing is you get a url to use to get to your site before DNS has updated. That's useful to transfer an existing site to the new site prior to it being available to the general public."
